Ensure 100% compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to include, but not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, hazardous waste, hazardous materials and batteries. Reviewing/receipt of RF Engineering’s DAS Design(ibwave) Sheets ensuring all network and equipment elements are indicated; specifications are met; submission and review of EDP and CIQ’s; maintain quality control; identify discrepancies and work toward resolution/compliance through thorough troubleshooting thus guaranteeing successful RAN Integration and DAS Commissioning. Granite/XNG Design Engineer                                            Atlanta Ga 2011-2011

Responsibilities in the West Region ,were to Implement and design, Granite/Xng circuit paths for  MSN ATM/IP port assignments from TND’s, prepared for  New Site Builds,  IUB Cabinet  expansions and IUB growth T-1’s, for ATT mobility UMTS cell sites, that required  additional (IMA groups) and (PVP  Paths)for additional DS1’s ,DS3’S, AND OC(N)’S. Also, prepared and submit CIQ’s for MSN Data Fill for Alcatel/Lucent RNC’ s rehomes and rebalances, Node B rebalances, also prepared CIQ’S for ATT’S MPC for node B integrations for additional T-1’s for High Utilization cell sites. Preformed job functioned activities, which were  scheduled thru  the  ATT Mobility ticketing system(Granite Works), also, prepare and submit DACCS(Tellab 5500 or Alcatel 1671) cut-sheets to ATT Mobility MSC Operations for rehome /rebalance activities, that were to be preformed on  Alcatel/Lucent RNC’s , Alcatel and Tellabs MSN’s and Alcatel/Lucent RBS Network Equipment. Also in addition, updated the Granite/Xng Database after all rehome /rebalance activities.

Responsible for project management via Network Element Acceptance/Deletion. Performed acceptance procedures for deployment of New Network Elements (e.g. the MSC, BSC, RNC, SGSN, Voicemail and National Nodes) into the AT&T Mobility Network, validating that all new elements are completely defined within all operational and back office databases, for end to end alarm testing to be performed on the elements. This has included but is not limited to facilitating alarm testing, validating alarms in fault management tools, issuing trouble tickets and action reports. Worked with HQ Network Operations and CTO as necessary to learn new element acceptance criteria for new, new elements being handed to regions for BAU network adds in the future. Educated customers on the ever evolving New Element Acceptance Process. Engage regional/market PM/MEI personnel to understand and align on how large scale market launches of new technologies or decommissioning of old technologies will be handled. Participate in root cause analysis meetings or investigations of outages caused by elements which circumvented the NEA process Meet regularly with other new element acceptance professionals in Mobility (no less than weekly) to ensure consistency of work approach Respond to requests of customers, managers, leadership regarding status of elements in the NEA process.
